Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
SecureFit Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") is a mobile vehicle security fitting business based in Birmingham & Staffordshire. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
SecureFit Solutions Ltd. You can contact us about anything on this page at martin@securefitsolutions.net or 07930 598045.
What we collect
When you submit our quote form, we collect:
- Your name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Postcode (so we can confirm we cover your area)
- Which product you're enquiring about
- Any additional details you choose to add (make, model, etc.)
If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp's own platform, see their privacy policy for how they process it. We don't control or store anything beyond the conversation itself on our end.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages get read, which don't, roughly where visitors come from. This only runs if you click Accept on the cookie notice when you first visit. Until then, and if you click No thanks, no analytics cookies are set. Google's own privacy policy covers how they process that data.
Changed your mind? Clear this site's cookies and site data in your browser and the notice will appear again. We don't use advertising pixels or remarketing on this site.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, working out whether we cover your area, what the right product and price is for your vehicle, and arranging a fitting if you go ahead. This is done on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in running the business you've contacted us through.
What we don't do
We don't sell, rent, or pass your details to third parties for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to. The only people who see your enquiry are the people fitting your vehicle.
How long we keep it
If you go ahead with a fitting, we keep your details as part of your customer record and fitting certificate, which you may need for insurance purposes. If you enquire but don't proceed, we keep your details for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Show you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it (e.g. for warranty or insurance records)
To do any of this, just get in touch using the details above. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, for example, if we add a booking system that processes payments, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
