The short answer
At SecureFit, an Autowatch Ghost immobiliser is from £499 fitted, at your home or workplace, with no call-out fee anywhere we cover in Birmingham, the West Midlands and Staffordshire.
The price includes the unit, fitting, PIN setup, a handover so you know how to use it, and a TASSA certificate for your insurer.
What affects the price
- Vehicle. Some makes need extra time or parts to integrate with the car's data network, for example certain Range Rover and Mercedes models.
- Ghost version. Newer Ghost units add features such as app control and service mode.
- Extras. Adding a tracker or a second vehicle at the same visit changes the total.

Is it worth it?
For most keyless cars, yes. Replacing a stolen car means insurance excess, higher premiums and weeks without a vehicle. A Ghost costs a fraction of that and stops the most common theft method: relay and key cloning.
